Operations Manager

The Opportunity

Over recent years, this brand has gone from strength to strength and is now focused on continuing that momentum through expansion across Victoria.

Following an onboarding and training program, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of sites across the state. From time to time, travel to regional Victoria may also be required.

To succeed in this role, you will thrive in a operations that are big on volume, demonstrate strong regional management capability across people and performance, and confidently execute commercial strategies that drive results.

The Candidate
  •  Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Regional Manager, State Manager, Multi-Site Operations Manager, National Operations Manager, or similar senior leadership role within hospitality is essential
  • Experience developing & maximising revenue growth across a portfolio of venues, and have the ability to demonstrate year on year growth
  • You see the big picture and have the ability to implement and drive change
  • A leader who understands chain restaurants and quick service operations  , preferably someone who has already worked in the Melbourne market
  • A people first leader with a natural ability to motivate all levels  - from coaching future leaders to managing stakeholders
