Following an onboarding and training program, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of sites across the state. From time to time, travel to regional Victoria may also be required.

The Candidate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Regional Manager, State Manager, Multi-Site Operations Manager, National Operations Manager, or similar senior leadership role within hospitality is essential
- Experience developing & maximising revenue growth across a portfolio of venues, and have the ability to demonstrate year on year growth
- You see the big picture and have the ability to implement and drive change
- A leader who understands chain restaurants and quick service operations , preferably someone who has already worked in the Melbourne market
- A people first leader with a natural ability to motivate all levels - from coaching future leaders to managing stakeholders
