You will take full responsibility for all Melbourne locations, requiring a leader to split their time between being on the road and supporting Managers in restaurant, to dedicating time with the executive leadership team in their head office to drive commercial outcomes.
You will directly manage, mentor, and coach your Area Leaders, Restaurant Managers, and overall middle management team to ensure peak operational execution.
Your core focus will be developing your management team, protecting a positive culture, and ensuring high operational accountability. Day-to-day, you’ll have a direct impact on financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement by being a visible, active leader across your region.
The Candidate
- 3+ years of active Area Manager or Regional Management hospitality experience is essential
- You understand the unique workflow between front and back of house, from kitchen management standards to pressures of a busy service
- A leader comfortable getting "into the trenches" to lead beside your team when needed is key
- Ability to demonstrate strong financial performance through year on year growth experience
- A personality and leadership style that is able to pivot and be agile in the changes that come with an evolving business
