About the Role
As Pizza Chef, you’ll take the lead on a key section within a fast-paced, high-performing kitchen, delivering a consistent and high-quality pizza offering that complements a broader modern menu.
Working closely with the Head Chef and senior team, you’ll be responsible for managing your section end-to-end. From dough preparation and fermentation through to service execution during busy periods.
This venue operates at strong volume and prides itself on delivering a polished yet approachable dining experience. You’ll be hands-on during service, maintaining quality and consistency while supporting the wider kitchen team during peak periods.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Pizza Chef who brings both technical ability and a strong team mindset:
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in pizza-focused roles within fast-paced venues
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, and cooking techniques
- Ability to manage a busy section during high-volume service
- Experience working within structured, quality-driven kitchen environments
- Strong attention to detail, consistency, and presentation
- A team-first attitude with clear communication and reliability
- Calm, organised, and able to perform under pressure
