About the Role
- Lead a team of 40–50 with support from 3–4 shift managers
- Own day-to-day operations including rostering, ordering, and standards
- Full responsibility for P&L, labour, and food cost control
- Drive performance, culture, and customer experience during a period of change
- Play a key role in rolling out new initiatives and ways of working
- Proven QSR Restaurant Manager experience
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing costs and driving profitability
- A hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Adaptable, proactive, and confident implementing change and new processes
- Salary $90K–$110K (depending on experience) + bonus
- 40-hour roster with balanced weekend/evening coverage
- Significant investment in store upgrades and brand growth
- Clear pathway to multi-site leadership within 6–12 months
