Recruitment Consultant | Hospitality

We’re hiring a recruiter to join our Brisbane team.

We specialise in hospitality recruitment - partnering with some of the best venues, groups and operators across QLD, Australia & NZ. From premium restaurants to high-volume casual dining, pubs, hotels and multi-site groups, we’re well embedded in the industry and work closely with decision-makers. If you’ve worked in hospitality, there’s a good chance you’ll recognise a lot of the names we deal with.

The role
  • Monday–Friday, Brisbane CBD office (with some WFH flexibility).
  • You’ll be recruiting across hospitality leadership roles — from junior management to venue managers, head chefs, operations managers and multi-site leaders. This is relationship-driven recruitment, focused on quality over volume.
  • We’re flexible in how the role is structured:
    • Candidate-focused (sourcing, screening, managing talent pipelines)
    • Client-focused (account management, taking briefs, running processes)
    • Or a full 360 desk
You’ll be working live roles from day one, with support from an experienced team who understand the market.

What we’re looking for
  • Experience in recruitment (agency or internal), or a solid hospitality background
  • Someone who loves to talk to clients and candidates regularly
  • Able to assess people beyond a CV: attitude, fit, capability
  • Commercially aware - understands what makes a strong hire
  • Self-motivated and consistent
  • You must be based in Brisbane with full Australian working rights
You don’t need to be overly salesy. The people who do well here are reliable, sharp and good at building trust.
