The opportunity
Based in Sydney CBD with hybrid work flexibility, you’ll manage the recruitment process from the first conversation through to placement and beyond with both the candidate and the client.

Your day-to-day will include:
- Sourcing, interviewing and getting to know hospitality candidates, their experience and career goals.
- Building relationships with clients and understanding what their teams need.
- Writing engaging job ads, sharing candidate recommendations and coordinating interviews.
- Providing honest advice, timely feedback and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Growing your desk through business development, industry connections and consistent follow-up.
- Working alongside our local team and wider Hospoworld network to share ideas and opportunities.
- Recruitment experience either agency or internal, or a strong hospitality background across front or back of house and the enthusiasm to step into something new.
- Confidence to pick up the phone, start conversations and build relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- The ability to stay organised and follow through while juggling different priorities.
- A proactive approach, a willingness to learn and motivation to work towards targets.
- A love for hospitality and helping people take their next career step.
