Sous Chef - 4+ hours outside of Melbourne
- Paying up to $90,000 + short term accommodation assistance (Up to 1 month)
Busy pub seeking a full time Sous chef who can assist with daily operations - Manage operational costs - Labour, COGs, Menu Development
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef, or a high-performing Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Background in high-volume pubs, clubs or casual dining environments is highly regarded
- Paying up to $75,000
- Apprentice or qualified Baker
- Ideally currently working in the industry
- Previous experience in artisan or high-quality production bakeries is highly regarded
- Experience with bench work and use of deck ovens, production of sourdough, brioche, focaccia, and other artisan breads
