Sous Chef - 4+ hours outside of Melbourne 
  • Paying up to $90,000 + short term accommodation assistance (Up to 1 month)
    Busy pub seeking a full time Sous chef who can assist with daily operations
  • Manage operational costs - Labour, COGs, Menu Development
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef, or a high-performing Chef de Partie ready to step up
  • Background in high-volume pubs, clubs or casual dining environments is highly regarded

Experienced Baker - 1.5 years outside of Melbourne 
  • Paying up to $75,000
  • Apprentice or qualified Baker
  • Ideally currently working in the industry 
  • Previous experience in artisan or high-quality production bakeries is highly regarded
  • Experience with bench work and use of deck ovens, production of sourdough, brioche, focaccia, and other artisan breads
Head Chef - 3+ hours outside of Melbourne  
  • Paying up to $90,000 + short term accommodation assistance (Up to 3 months)
  • Busy pub seeking a full time Sous chef who can assist with daily operations
  • Manage operational costs - Labour, COGs, Menu Development
  • Minimum 3 year experience as a Senior Chef
  • Background in high-volume pubs, clubs or casual dining environments is highly regarded
