We’re seeking an experienced Reservations Manager
to lead a fast-paced reservations function, oversee pricing strategy, and maximise both occupancy and revenue across a busy luxury accommodation operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance commercial thinking with operational detail — managing group business, optimising distribution channels, and ensuring every reservation is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and care.
What you’ll be Doing
You’ll take ownership of the reservations department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations including bookings, modifications, cancellations, and group allocations.
You’ll develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies aligned to demand, seasonality, events, and market conditions — always focused on maximising RevPAR and overall performance.
You’ll manage group enquiries from quote through to confirmation, including proposals, rooming lists, and invoicing, while building strong relationships with key partners.
Using data and insights, you’ll forecast demand, monitor KPIs (ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, booking pace), and respond quickly to market trends and competitor activity.
You’ll also oversee distribution channels (direct, OTA, GDS), ensuring optimal inventory allocation and strong channel performance.
Working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams, you’ll ensure revenue strategies are aligned and guest experience is seamless from booking to departure.
What you’ll Bring
You’re commercially minded, highly organised, and confident working with reservation and revenue systems. You have solid experience in hotel reservations or revenue management and understand how to turn data into strategy.
You’re comfortable in a fast-moving environment, can juggle competing priorities, and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
Above all, you have a strong understanding of hospitality and what it takes to deliver a consistently excellent guest experience.
