They’re now looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to take ownership of the venue and continue driving standards, team culture, and commercial performance.
About the Role
You’ll oversee the full operation of the venue across people, service, performance, and profitability.
This role suits a hands-on leader who knows how to build strong teams, create accountability, and lead from the floor during busy service periods — while also understanding the business side of hospitality.
You’ll work closely with ownership on venue performance, staffing strategy, cost control, and revenue opportunities, with the autonomy to genuinely influence the direction of the business.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Venue Manager or General Manager in high-volume hospitality
- Strong front-of-house leadership skills with a passion for guest experience
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop large teams
- Sound understanding of labour, COGS, wage control, and venue performance
- Confidence managing stakeholder relationships and driving business outcomes
- A calm, hands-on leadership style that lifts standards and culture
- $95k-105k + super + achievable bonus structure (OTE $125k p/a)
- No late nights — venue closes by 9pm
