Restaurant General Manager

Following the phenomenal success of their initial footprint, this globally recognised restaurant group are expanding yet again.
 
Launching a brand-new, high-volume location in Melbourne’s South East and hunting for an elite Restaurant Manager who isn't afraid to lead a seriously high-performing business.
 
This is your chance to take the reins of a high-performing restaurant, shaping a positive team culture from the ground up, and setting the operational gold standard for the region.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Full accountability for restaurant operations, people, compliance, and guest experience.
  • Coach, develop, and inspire your team to consistently achieve KPIs.
  • Oversee onboarding and compliance through a structured learning program.
  • Collaborate on rosters, shift planning, and succession pathways for your team.
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has 3–4 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager (or higher) in high-volume QSR or fast-casual operations.
  • Has a proven track record in delivering results, leading large teams, and fostering culture.
  • Is warm, approachable, team-focused, and leads with integrity.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and brings energy, confidence, and enthusiasm to every shift.

  • Hands-on training program
  • Supported by a dedicated Learning Management System and senior leadership on-site during launch.
  • Balanced roster with hours 9 am – 12 midnight (no overnight shifts).
