- Coach, develop, and inspire your team to consistently achieve KPIs.
- Oversee onboarding and compliance through a structured learning program.
- Collaborate on rosters, shift planning, and succession pathways for your team.
- Has 3–4 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager (or higher) in high-volume QSR or fast-casual operations.
- Has a proven track record in delivering results, leading large teams, and fostering culture.
- Is warm, approachable, team-focused, and leads with integrity.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and brings energy, confidence, and enthusiasm to every shift.
- Hands-on training program
- Supported by a dedicated Learning Management System and senior leadership on-site during launch.
- Balanced roster with hours 9 am – 12 midnight (no overnight shifts).
