We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who leads from the front, brings presence to the room and has a genuine love for hospitality.
The Role Reporting directly to the Group Operations Manager you will take full ownership of the restaurant floor and service experience while working closely with senior leadership to help shape the future of the brand.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a team of experienced career waitstaff with confidence and warmth
- Delivering polished two-hatted service standards
- Being a constant presence on the floor creating memorable guest moments
- Managing labour, COGs and overall service performance
- Maintaining strong systems while remaining flexible and solutions-focused
- Supporting the continued growth of the fast-evolving brand
You will bring:
- A strong background in quality restaurants or premium dining environments
- Natural authority and calm presence
- A hands-on leadership style with a genuine love of service
- The ability to lead mature experienced teams with respect
- Strong food and beverage knowledge or a real desire to build it further
- Rotating roster with Friday and Saturday nights a must
- Flexible shift structure with a mix of lunch, dinner and double shifts
