As the Restaurant Manager, you'll take full ownership of a 20-strong front and back of house team, leading performance across labour, COGS, sales and guest experience while developing future leaders and building a positive, high-performing culture.
With responsibility for local area marketing, community engagement and consistent execution of brand standards, this is a true end-to-end leadership role.
