You’ll play a key role in the setup and launch phase - building your team from the ground up before taking full ownership of the restaurant. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll run the venue autonomously and oversee the full business unit, including people, performance and profitability.
This role suits a seasoned QSR or casual dining leader who thrives in high-volume environments and is excited by the opportunity to join an established group while launching a one-of-a-kind concept within their portfolio.
