As the Restaurant Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a 20-strong front and back-of-house team. You’ll lead performance across labour, COGS, sales and guest experience while developing future leaders and building a positive, high-performing culture.
You’ll also lead local area marketing, community engagement and the consistent execution of brand standards — making this a genuine end-to-end leadership role.
