The Opportunity
  
Due to continued growth and internal progression, an exciting opportunity has become available at one of Melbourne’s most loved restaurants.

With a rich history in Melbourne’s food and beverage scene, the venue operates at a high level seven days a week, all year round.

We are seeking a confident, mature leader with a strong operational background and a genuine passion for elevated dining experiences.

As Restaurant Manager, you will maintain a strong front-of-house presence while fostering a cohesive and collaborative relationship between the floor, kitchen, bar, and management teams.

Senior leadership operates with a people-first philosophy - “What’s important to you matters to us.” As a result, they have raised the bar in providing flexible rosters designed to support work-life balance, something many hospitality professionals often find difficult to achieve.



The Candidate
  • A minimum of 3 years Restaurant Manager or Venue Manager experience is essential
  • A background in hatted venues is highly regarded, particularly
    where management is hands-on and actively involved in team
    development and service
  • Ability to read the room as a customer centric leader
  • A leader who has an engaging and personalised service style is preferred
  • Wine enthusiast. WSET accreditation is desirable, but not essential
