A premium rooftop dining and cocktail destination in the heart of Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team.
Known for elevated dining, exceptional service, vibrant energy, and stunning city views, this venue blends refined hospitality with a lively atmosphere, live entertainment, and premium guest experiences.
The Role We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in high-volume premium environments and knows how to deliver unforgettable service. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to oversee day-to-day operations, lead the floor, inspire the team, and maintain exceptional venue standards.
What You’ll Do

• Lead lunch and dinner service across a 7-day operation
• Manage and inspire the front-of-house team
• Drive guest experience and premium service standards
• Oversee rostering, stock control, labour, and daily operations
• Handle performance management, training, and development
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture

About You

• Minimum 3 years management experience in a premium hospitality venue
• Strong leadership presence with hands-on service style
• Passion for food, beverage, people, and guest experience
• Commercially minded with labour and cost control experience
• Calm under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Flexible across nights, weekends, and varied shifts
