What we're looking for

• Leadership experience within casual dining, QSR or food retail
• A positive, motivated leader who enjoys getting the best out of their team
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads from the front
• Confident managing daily restaurant operations, including customer service, staffing, compliance, food safety and resolving operational challenges
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt and continuously improve
