The Role: Restaurant Manager
- Lead and support a team of up to 20 across FOH and BOH
- Drive service, speed and consistency in a high-volume environment
- Coach and develop your team through hands-on training and feedback
- Build a positive culture where people perform and grow
- Step up operationally and help deliver strong results across every shift
- A natural leader who thrives in high-energy, busy service environments
- Open to all backgrounds - You may have a background across casual dining, QSR, retail, restaurants, pubs or hotels
- Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on customer experience and team development
- A growth mindset and hunger to progress your career
- Competitive salary: $75,000-$90,000 + Super + Bonuses
