Before opening, you'll complete a structured training program across one of their other established Sydney restaurants, learning the business alongside experienced Restaurant Managers and Area Managers. By the time opening day rolls around, you'll know the operation inside out and have a highly experienced support team behind you.

What you'll be doing & what you'll bring;
This is a genuine leadership role where you'll be responsible for building a high performing team of around 15 to 20 people while delivering an outstanding guest experience.
You'll take ownership of:
- Leading, coaching and developing your team
- Rostering, labour management and wage control
- Driving sales and operational performance
- Stock ordering and inventory management
- Food quality and service standards
- Brings energy and positivity to every shift, creating a positive, energetic team culture
- Loves developing people and building great teams
- Adapts well to change and enjoys being part of a growing business
