As Restaurant Manager you will own day-to-day operations, lead a young vibrant team and remain hands-on during service. You will work closely with the Group Operations Manager across labour cost control service delivery and team performance with coaching and development a key focus.
What you’ll bring
Experience as a Restaurant Manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
- Confidence leading high-energy teams in a busy service environment
- Strong operational skills across labour, service flow and staff performance
- A calm, positive leadership style with the ability to hold standards under pressure
- Rotating roster with Friday and Saturday nights a must
- Flexible shift structure with a mix of lunch, dinner and double shifts
- Multiple admin blocks throughout the week
