The Role: Restaurant Manager
As Restaurant Manager, you'll be at the heart of operations, leading the team, delivering great customer experiences, and supporting the team in driving sales and operational success.
Here's what success looks like:
- Drive the Floor: Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations to keep service smooth, fast and friendly.
- Empower Your Team: Lead, train, and inspire a crew of 15-20 to achieve operational goals and deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Lift the Bar: Maintain high standards of quality, speed and consistency while fostering a positive, energetic work environment.
- Previous leadership experience in QSR, casual dining, or fast-paced hospitality.
- Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Department Manager (2+ years preferred).
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for service excellence.
- Strong people leadership, communication and mentoring skills.
- Energy, enthusiasm and a drive to grow your career in hospitality.
- Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply, provided you can commit to a minimum 12-month tenure.
- Salary: Up to $80,000 - $90,000 + Super + Bonuses.
