This will be a busy, high-performing restaurant from day one, so you’ll need to be ready to hit the ground running.
We’re looking for a Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager to help run a brand-new restaurant. You’ll work alongside the Restaurant General Manager to lead the team, make sure the restaurant runs smoothly, and deliver a great experience for every guest. This is a hands-on role where your leadership and energy will make a real difference.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has minimum 2 years’ management experience in quick service or casual dining
- Demonstrates strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Is proactive, solutions-focused, and able to perform under pressure.
- Brings energy, confidence, and a positive presence to every shift.
- $75,000 + superannuation
- Interstate onboarding with flights and studio apartment provided
