Our client is seeking a Sous Chef to join the kitchen, working alongside the executive chef and leading a team of 10. You will be hands-on during service, taking charge of your section or running the pass, while guiding and supporting Chef de Parties and Cooks. You will also oversee stock management, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and consistency throughout the kitchen.

The Role
- This is a relocation to Regional Victoria Role
- Lead kitchen operations during service, including running service independently when required
- Work side-by-side with the Executive Chef during peak periods
- Maintain strong food standards across a high-volume menu
- Assist with food costing, stock control, COGS and labour management
- Foster a positive, collaborative and accountable kitchen culture
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef, or a high-performing Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Background in high-volume pubs, clubs or casual dining environments is highly regarded
- Strong work ethic with the ability to operate autonomously when required
- Positive people leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others
- Banquets and events exposure is advantageous but not essential.
- Must be able to relocate to Regional Victoria - 4 weeks accommodation provided
- $80–90K + super
- Supportive onboarding and hands-on training from the Executive Chef
- Short-term accommodation provided (up to 4 weeks) to assist with relocation if required
