As the Store Manager, you’ll be running the full operation – from food prep and shift management to keeping processes tight and costs under control.
You’ll lead a small team, so you’ll need real experience motivating and coaching people, helping them stay on track, and making sure the restaurant hits the standards expected by ownership.
The ideal candidate:
- 1 years Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager, Cafe Manager or Store Manager experience working in QSR, casual dining, or cafes is preferred
- A leader who can adapt to new systems and procedures, and understands how to achieve results from an ownership perspective
- A professional who is looking to align with a concept that aligns with values in community, wellness, and an active lifestyle
- Skills in cost control, hiring processes, and food safety are desirable
- $65,000 + Super + company perks
