Open 7 days a week across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, expect to be in service minimum 20 hours per week with 18 hours allocated to administrative tasks and travel.
The role is very much a customer facing position, one that requires a motivated and customer centric leader that loves providing excellent service for every guest that walks through the door.
This role is suited to a strong Store Manager looking to take their first step up into a multi-site level.
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality leadership experience (QSR or casual dining ideal)
- A hands-on operator who enjoys being in service
- Strong communicator who leads with accountability
- Organised and process-driven, without being overly corporate
- Seeking stability and long-term growth in a regional community
- $75,000 + superannuation
- Fuel costs reimbursed
- Mostly day shifts - store closes at 9pm at the latest
- Regular weekends off
