As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the restaurant - leading the team on shift, managing labour and costs, maintaining food safety standards, and keeping service running smoothly. It’s a hands-on role in a business that prioritises strong operations and simplicity over layers of head office process.
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality leadership experience (QSR or casual dining ideal)
- A hands-on operator who enjoys being in service
- Strong communicator who leads with accountability
- Organised and process-driven, without being overly corporate
- Seeking stability and long-term growth in a regional community
- $65,000-$70,000 + superannuation
- Mostly day shifts- store closes at 9pm at the latest
- Regular weekends off - ensure you have coverage and work Monday-Friday most weeks
