The Opportunity

This newly created role has been designed to support middle management in achieving company goals and maintaining operational excellence. The position blends hospitality and retail responsibilities, with a primary focus on essential retail goods.

As a Supervisor, you will play a hands-on leadership role. You will need to be organised and adaptable, moving between assisting customers at the checkout, restocking shelves, and supporting tasks such as ordering and planogram implementation.

The Candidate
  • A minimum of 1 years Retail or Hospitality leadership experience is essential
  • Experienced in customer service management and stock management is desirable
  • Ability to work in small teams and lead from the front in service - this role requires you to carry out regular front of house duties each day
  • Ability to help manager stock control across fresh produce and dry goods
  • Strong customer service skills with a solutions focused outlook to handling situations as they arise
