We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Unit Operations Manager to lead the delivery of premium catering and support services within a high-profile education environment known for its exceptional service standards.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day catering operations while planning and delivering a large programme of functions and events, including formal occasions, celebrations, and stakeholder engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily catering operations alongside the successful delivery of multiple functions and events
- Oversee service delivery across multiple operational areas, ensuring high standards, efficiency, and compliance
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and service excellence
- Drive commercial performance through effective budgeting, labour planning, stock control, and cost management
- Lead, coach, and develop teams while promoting health, safety, food safety, and environmental compliance
