What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading from the front inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service, every shift.
- Owning your venue’s performance: driving sales, managing labour and COGS and achieving strong profit results.
- Overseeing daily operations rostering, stock control, cash handling and compliance.
- Maintaining high standards in product quality, food safety and venue presentation.
- Building a positive, supportive team culture where everyone feels valued and motivated.
- Engaging with your local community and driving sustainable, environmentally responsible practices.
- Supporting business growth by helping to train new leaders and open new venues.
- A natural people leader with a passion for hospitality and customer experience.
- Proven management experience in a fast-paced environment (hospitality or QSR).
- Strong commercial acumen confident managing budgets, rosters and KPIs.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to coach, motivate and build high-performing teams.
- Organised, proactive and hands-on you lead by example, not from the back office.
- Flexible with working hours, including some nights and weekends.
