An iconic Australian brand with massive national momentum is launching a brand-new concept store in Darwin.
We are searching for a Venue Manager to step in and take total ownership of this high-volume, self-serve operation from day one. Blending high-speed retail execution with fun, customer-obsessed hospitality service, this role gives you full autonomy to recruit your own team, foster an upbeat store culture, and manage day-to-day P&L performance.
The Candidate
- 2+ years’ experience as a Venue Manager or Store Manager within fast-casual dining, high-volume QSR, juice/dessert bars, or retail F&B.
- A high-energy leader who knows how to keep team morale high, maintain rapid store flow, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills with hands-on experience recruiting, coaching, and developing teams of 10+ staff.
- Solid understanding of daily operations, wage control, stock efficiency, and bottom-line P&L results.
- Open to eligible visa holders with full Australian working rights.
- $100,000 – $120,000 + super.
