Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the guest experience, ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered consistently
- Build, coach, and inspire a high performing leadership team and broader venue team
- Drive a positive, accountable, and engaged team culture
- Oversee wages, rostering, forecasting, comps, and wastage in line with budgets
- Manage labour planning and rosters to support both service delivery and commercial outcomes
- Actively manage guest feedback, resolve issues, and continuously improve the guest journey
- Ensure venue presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained at all times
- Lead compliance across RSA, safety, and operational procedures
- Work closely with senior leadership and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge with a strong focus on wine
- Lead wine service standards, support wine sales, and coach the team to confidently recommend and sell wine
- Proven experience as a Venue Manager or senior hospitality leader in premium dining or high volume venues
- A hands on leader who sets the standard on the floor and leads by example
- Strong wine knowledge and passion for wine led service
- Sound commercial acumen, including labour, cost control, and forecasting
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Passion for hospitality, food, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences
- Current RSA
A strong salary package up to $110,000 + super + bonuses + tips dependent on experience is offered.
