Venue Manager

A leading entertainment and beverage-focused venue is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to join their Auckland team. This is a high-energy, fast-paced environment where bar operations are at the heart of the guest experience. The venue is preparing for a winter refit, adding new activities and refreshing the space, offering a fantastic opportunity to shape operations and lead a team through an exciting period of growth.

The Venue Manager will oversee a team of approximately 40 staff, supported by 2 Assistant Venue Managers. The role is 70% floor leadership and 30% administrative, ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining a strong bar and service culture. You will lead staff across a rotating 7-day roster and ensure exceptional beverage service, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Details & benefits:
  • Base salary: $91–102K per annum
  • Bonus potential up to $10,500 per year
  • 40 hours per week across a 7 day rotating roster
