The Venue Manager will oversee a team of approximately 40 staff, supported by 2 Assistant Venue Managers. The role is 70% floor leadership and 30% administrative, ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining a strong bar and service culture. You will lead staff across a rotating 7-day roster and ensure exceptional beverage service, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
