The Role
You will take full responsibility for the day to day management of the venue, leading the team from the front while maintaining high service standards and a strong guest focused culture.
Your focus will be on team leadership, operational efficiency, guest engagement and delivering a consistent and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a large front of house team
- Oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar and service areas
- Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Manage rostering, labour control and operational budgets
- Oversee stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with licensing and industry regulations
- Work closely with ownership and senior leadership to drive performance
- Minimum three years experience in a Venue Manager or senior leadership role
- Strong background in bar and restaurant service
- A hands on operator who leads from the floor
- Strong understanding of guest experience and venue atmosphere
- Confident managing teams in busy, high energy environments
- Strong administrative skills including budgeting, rostering and reporting
- Solid understanding of liquor licensing and regulatory compliance
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Professional presentation and strong work ethic

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
