The Role
- Manage a structured team including an Assistant Venue Manager, Supervisors, and a dedicated Front of House crew.
- Oversee operations with a heavy emphasis on high-quality beverage service and maintaining a top-tier bar atmosphere.
- Take full ownership of the venue's performance, from hitting revenue targets to managing wage costs and reporting.
- Take charge of hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training to help your staff level up their skills.
- Use your eye for detail to maintain superior service levels, stock control, and overall venue presentation.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative environment where everyone leads by example and works toward the same goal.
- You've already made your mark as a Bar Manager, Venue Manager or senior leader, ideally in a premium bar or restaurant setting.
- A true passion for bartending, cocktails, spirits and guest experience.
- A solid handle on COGS, labor management, and inventory ordering.
- Be a high-accountability leader who isn't afraid to get involved and set the pace for the team.
- Engage easily with both guests and staff, building a genuine rapport across the board.
- Hold a current RSA and are ready to jump into a full-time role that includes evenings and weekends.
- $85,000 + Super , plus a KPI-based bonus structure.
