You'll inherit a strong operational foundation, supported by an experienced Assistant Venue Manager and a team that genuinely loves what they do.

You'll lead a large team across venue operations, food service, guest experience and safety, while taking ownership of commercial performance and team engagement.

What We're Looking For
You'll likely come from hospitality, quick-service restaurants, cafés, family entertainment, tourism or another fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Most importantly, you'll bring:
- Proven experience leading large teams
- Strong people development and coaching skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence with financials
- A natural ability to hold people accountable while building trust
- High energy and a positive presence on the floor
- Strong attention to detail around safety, compliance and operational standards
- Experience with food service or café operations
