Venue Manager

This Venue Manager job is fast-paced, high-energy and packed with personality. We're looking for a leader who can match that energy.

You'll inherit a strong operational foundation, supported by an experienced Assistant Venue Manager and a team that genuinely loves what they do.
What the venue needs now is someone who can elevate the culture, bring fresh energy to the floor, develop future leaders and create an environment where accountability and fun can coexist.

You'll lead a large team across venue operations, food service, guest experience and safety, while taking ownership of commercial performance and team engagement.

What We're Looking For
You'll likely come from hospitality, quick-service restaurants, cafés, family entertainment, tourism or another fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Most importantly, you'll bring:
  • Proven experience leading large teams
  • Strong people development and coaching skills
  • Commercial awareness and confidence with financials
  • A natural ability to hold people accountable while building trust
  • High energy and a positive presence on the floor
  • Strong attention to detail around safety, compliance and operational standards
  • Experience with food service or café operations
