An expanding, Australian-backed business is establishing its presence in Bali and is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to take charge and drive customer service standards and profitability. With an existing operation already performing well, this role offers the opportunity to be part of a broader growth journey as new venues are introduced.
About the Role
This position will see you leading the launch and ongoing success of a standalone venue. You’ll be responsible for overseeing operations, building a strong local team, and delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
You’ll work closely with both local staff and Australian stakeholders, playing a key role in shaping the venue and supporting future expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily venue operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Recruit, train, and develop a capable and engaged team
- Build strong working relationships with local suppliers and partners
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Maintain high standards of service, culture, and guest experience
