The Role
As the Venue Manager, you will be the conductor of this impressive space. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee a large, energetic team and manage the full scope of venue operations, financials, and the guest experience.
- Lead a Large Team: Manage a workforce of 60-70 staff, supported by an Assistant Venue Manager and a team of Duty Managers.
- Entertainment Focus: Work closely with a dedicated Production Manager and AV team to deliver world-class live music events and ticketed shows.
- Business Ownership: Take full accountability for P&Ls, labor costs, rostering, and compliance.
- Culture Building: Mentor a young, vibrant team, fostering a supportive and high-performance environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our internal Marketing, Sales, and Events teams to maximize the venue's potential.
- You've successfully managed large-scale operations - think big pubs, breweries, or high-capacity entertainment venues.
- You can think on your feet and stay collected when the bass is pumping and the bar is deep.
