The Opportunities
We’re looking for experienced Venue Managers and Bar Managers who love being in the action, know how to lead people and want the opportunity to help shape a brand-new venue from the beginning.
There’s already a young, energetic team and some fantastic supervisors coming through. Now we’re looking to add seasoned hospitality leaders who can bring experience, structure and confidence to the floor and bar.
Depending on your background, you could be responsible for:
- Leading busy, high-volume restaurant or bar services
- Coaching, developing and motivating a growing team
- Mentoring supervisors and emerging leaders
- Rostering, team management and day-to-day operations
- Driving a strong beverage and bar experience
- Maintaining warm, polished and intuitive service
- Building strong systems and standards from opening
- Creating a positive culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work
- Working closely with senior leadership as the venue establishes itself
You could currently be an Assistant Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager or Bar Manager within one of Sydney’s busy hospitality groups and be ready for your next move.
We’d love to see people coming from high-volume premium restaurants, polished casual dining or strong bar-led venues where great food, drinks, atmosphere and service all matter.
Experience across Asian, Cantonese or family-style dining would translate particularly well on the restaurant side, while our Bar Managers should be confident leading a busy beverage operation, developing their team and creating a bar experience that complements the wider venue.
More than anything, we’re looking for proper people managers.
You know how to read a room, support your team, hold standards and keep everyone moving when service ramps up. You bring maturity and experience without losing the personality and energy that makes hospitality fun.

- Salaries from $80,000–$90,000 + super depending on role and experience
