About the Role Requirements:

• Responsibility for financial analysis of department profitability and results 
• Lead and motivate a team of up to 6 staff members
• Strong management of labour and stock control
• Effective relationship building with internal team and external suppliers
• Strong team player with a ‘can do’ approach 
• Live and breathe the values of the company
• Strict management of hygiene standards and food safety standards

About You:

• Similar experience in a fresh department, preferably in deli 
• Creative and passionate about food
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Motivational leader with ability to build and maintain effective relationships
• Passion for teamwork and planning for internal succession 
• Financial competency in regards to labour and stock control, gross profit management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
• Calm under pressure
