The Venue Operations Manager for this group is responsible for running a high performing, multi-faceted venue, that will require a hands-on approach to management and training.
To be successful in this role is being able to focus on delivering high standards of customer service and developing effective teams in a high energy venue.
This place is busy for the best part of the 7 day operation, and attracts big numbers Friday to Sunday. They have a multi level, multiple F&B outlet operation that packs a punch for its colourful cocktail list and sharing plate menu.
The position requires a leader who has exceptional time management skills and best performs when given the autonomy to run a business.
We need a Venue Manager, or similar, at the top of their game to run this beast of a venue.
