Senior Chef de Partie needed with strong leadership and ability to run a small team when the Head Chef is absent.

The Venue
Based in The Rocks, this venue has fed and watered happy punters for well over 100 years and in it's modern incarnation is family run by a couple who are stalwarts of the area, it is a vibrant, busy and popular place and the staff that have been there for years speak very highly of it. The trade caters for tourists and a large local community who live and work in the area. Traditionally the first and last stop for sailors and navy personnel, these days the crowds still flock from the Quay and get involved with the history of this fascinating pub. 

The Role
We are looking for an experienced CDP to come in and assist the Head Chef with the day to day running of the business, you will be clean, organised and cool under pressure and have a passion for producing quality pub food. This is a small, tight-knit team so being a good workmate is important, you will be required to run the kitchen 2 days a week - so good leadership is vital.

The Offer
  • Competitive market salary of $60 - $65k + super
  • 1 extra day of leave for each year you work with the company - be rewarded for your loyalty
